Make Elvis Trifle with Bacon Using Torani Syrup

We are taking Elvis' favorite food and kicking up three notches - with this particular Elvis Trifle with Bacon. Elvis was noted for his passion of peanut butter and blueberry sandwiches .... and I am almost certain if Elvis were alive today, he'd not just perform the bacon boat, he'd be steering the ship!


So what is within this trifle you may well ask?! Blueberry flavored cake, creamy peanut butter pudding, whipped topping, numerous of bananas, and bacon. Obviously! I in addition have a little secret to obtain that blueberry cake ... Torani syrup! Maybe you have used Torani items?... I'm hooked on them and I am almost embarrassed by the number of bottles I've! As you can tell, they may be utilized in more things than simply drinks - although, Torani does have pretty great tastes for drinks!

For that Cake:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with baking spray.
  3. Place cake add a sizable mixing bowl. Add water, eggs, oil, and Torani syrup. Mix well. Pour into prepared cake pan.
  4. Bake 30-35 minutes until cake tester arrives clean. Let it awesome completely.

For that peanut butter pudding:

Meanwhile, inside a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, water, pudding mix, and peanut butter until smooth. Refrigerate until needed.

To put together the trifle:

  1. Cut the wedding cake into cubes. Layer 1 / 2 of thewedding cake cubes inside a trifle bowl. Top with 1 or 2 of the sliced bananas. Spread 1 / 2 of the peanut butter pudding outrageous. Spread 1 / 2 of the whipped topping outrageous. Sprinkle with 1 / 2 of the bacon.
  2. Repeat layers using all the remaining cake cubes, blueberry slices, peanut butter pudding, whipped topping, and bacon.
  3. Refrigerate a minimum of 2 hrs before serving.
